Good Morning pals... Sorry I didn't get around much yesterday. HH hurt her paw...(oops ... left hand) and typing was tough for a day or two. She says she's not sure if she just strained her wrist or if she had a bout of carpal tunnel from all the typing, but she had ouchies in her left hand for two days. Here I am massaging the area...
Happily, it's better now... and just in time to help me prepare our LIVESTRONG post for tomorrow. So, I'm off to do that.
Meanwhile... have a great weekend.

We hope HH gets better fast. With a hurt paw/hand is hard to do much of anything.

ouchie! Sorry HH hurt her hand. If she think's it carpol Tunnel - she should get one of those brace things from the drug store. It helps a lot. hope it gets better soon.

Purrs for HH's paw! Dad had surgery for carpal tunnel in March. His fingers would go numb a lot. The splints did help, especially sleeping with them.

Gentle exercise like giving you head rubbies will make your mom's hand feel much easier. My late husband had both wrists operated on for carpal tunnel at the same time - I had such fun!!
