You know, you'd think that after the early rise yesterday, the boys would be ready to sleep in... Not these guys. At the moment. it's 5:22 AM and we've been up for over an hour. Knuckles is sitting on top of the computer unit and giving HH
The Stare... you know the one. It's the
unblinking-time-to-feed-me-or-else stare. Bugsy is sitting on the desk waiting semi-patiently.
Now, this plea for breakfast seems oh so urgent right now, but you know what? As soon as HH feeds them, they'll head right back to bed and sleep most of the day. Meanwhile.... she's getting sleepy from being up too early. Today.... yes... it's in the stars. We will be observing...
Easy Like Sunday.

We do that to Mom all the time. Make her get up and feed us, then we go back to sleep. You two sure look like you are taking it really easy.Great picture.
Happens here too. Finn loves to wake us up for breakfast and then takes a nap. LIke eating is that taxing on her!

You guys are what easy Sunday is all about! We've tried waking our mom up early to feed us...and she just won't get up!! What do we do???
Ahhhhhhh and so goes the life of one who is (un)/lucky enough to be owned by cats!! Too bad I didn't have a cat when my daughter was an infant as I was up anyway might as well have feed a cat too.

Maybe the reason we kitties sleep in is that we learned LONG ago that no amount of cajoling will get my human up any earlier! When her boyfriend had to get up at 4:30 for work before he started being a musician full time again, we got up with him. But now we all sleep in.
LOL! Maybe you should teach them to get their own food. Then they wouldn't have to wake anyone else up! When Sammy-Joe was a kitten he figured out how to open the cabinet with his paw, tear open the cat food bag, and serve himself! :D

Your mom should have curled up right there with you and got a good long nap too. That was sure an early rising for a Sunday. Hugs and nose kisses
