Operation Toy Retrieval II

Good Morning pals...... It's here... It's finally here.  Today is Operation Toy Retrieval. It's the day HH moves the couches and big chairs and lets us look underneath for our lost toys....

Bugsy and I got up early to be ready for the first movement of furniture, but you know what I found first... HH had retrieved ( pulled it from where she hid it) my tunnel.  I think she put it away a long time ago becuz she thought we had too many toys... you can never have too many toys ...am I right?

Well, she got it out and I immediately slid into it.  "Welcome home little tunnel. I've missed you so."

Then we started looking around for other toys and HH decided that she might as well get on with the moving of the furniture. So before breakfast we had raked in all these long lost balls and stuffed mice, etc... We are so lucky. Here they are piled up on the couch...  We are going to try to be careful not to push them under the furniture any more.

Here's our stash ...half way through Operation Toy Retrieval

Bugsy was in charge of inventory.

All this and it's only 6:30 AM.....  We even have time for Easy Like Sunday.

Have a great day everybuddy.

Hugs, Knuckles (and Bugsy)

Too many toys? What's that? This looks like a super special "mission accomplished" day.

Our Person needs to do the same thing. We probably have a huge stash under out stove. Thanks for reminding Mom. Have fun with all your lost toys.

Score! It's like having a new toy chest's full of toys!

My human bought our sofa partly because there was no way toys could get lost under it - it's on feet and up fairly high. I consider this a mixed blessing because that means we don't get to have fun days like you two had today!

Love it! Sometimes when we vacuum we find a few toys behind the furniture, but nothing like this. Enjoy!

We do this periodically at our house, too. Amazing what turns up!

That first photo is too darn cute for words. That is a whole lot of toys. Some of those are pretty good-sized. We cannot figure out how you were able to fit some of those toys into hiding places. Mom was going to do this for us today, but she was gone most of the day and so has promised to do it tomorrow. Hope you play with those for a while before they disappear again. OMC! It's like Christmas at your house today! We had the mom get some of our toys out from under the china cabinet. We couldn't believe what was under there!

Our toys seem to like to hide under the sofa best!

WOW you are lucky. I like the idea of a toy retrieval day. I usually wait until I move, which is pretty often.
